ULTRASONIC CLEANING
Compression and rarefaction sound waves are used for ultrasonic cleaning beyond mere surface contaminants. Ultrasonic cleaning penetrates deep into a filter media, akin to microscopic scrubbing.
THERMAL CLEANING
Regulated high heat is used for removal of organic contaminants from cleaning filters, dies, vessels, canisters, and other process components, leaving behind inorganic components that can be cleaned through other means.
AQUEOUS CLEANING
Aqueous cleaning involves using acids, alkalis, and other specialty mixtures of water-soluble chemicals to remove clogged particulate matter.
OXYGEN CLEANING / BLACKLIGHT INSPECTION
Ensure product purity by using industry standard blacklight inspection and vacuum sealed bagging techniques.
HIGH PRESSURE WATER BLASTING
As the name suggests, high-pressure water is used to clean contaminants from process machinery.
ABRASIVE CLEANING
This procedure uses a project-specific abrasive material and ‘blasts’ it onto the components to clean surface contaminants.
